Bring the whole family and a blanket at Elawa Farm for a morning of collaborative group music making with Jamberry Music. You and your little ones will bond and make new friends while we sing, dance, move, play, pretend and experiment with instruments.

Learn how to grow vegetables sustainably from our Farm Team, Elaine Madansky and Ana Poznanski! We will cover key topics to successfully manage your growing space from garden planning all the way to post-harvest handling. Come ready to be outdoors where we will show you how to grow, harvest, wash, and store vegetable crops using sustainable growing methods.

Join McCullough Kelly-Willis from Chicago Meat Collective as you learn the basics of sausage making from sourcing the best meat and fat, to butchering, grinding, seasoning, and stuffing. Participants will have the opportunity to get involved in every step of the process, and will also get to take home several pounds of fresh, hand-made sausage! We will end the class by sharing some delicious charcuterie, cheese, and natural wine. Class will run approximately from 10am to 12pm.
