Learn to make a 3-course meal with Chef Gale Gand that starts with classic Minestrone Soup, followed by a Roasted Butternut Squash and Pancetta Risotto, then a refreshing Lemon Tart with a Pinenut Crust. This is a cook along class so the recipes will go out a week in advance so you have time to grocery shop. You can cook along for all the recipes, some of them or just watch the whole class to learn how to make things for later. Your choice. Zoom link will be sent out ahead of time as well.
