An evening inspired by local solstice traditions around the world, Chef Lee Kuebler's menu will pay homage to dishes traditionally served during Midsommar in Scandinavia, Xiazhi in China, and traditional American Summer Solstice celebrations.
The evening will also feature festive live music, a tour of the expanded Elawa campus, a sunset toast and a few other surprises; you might even say this year’s Solstice will be the G.O.A.T.
This annual event supports Elawa Farm Foundation's mission to broaden access to education, nutritious food, and our local food system.
