We are dedicated to providing the community with healthy, locally grown food. In addition to offering our fresh harvest at the weekly market, we are selling our sustainably-grown seedlings, so you can grow your own at home. For the month of May, we’re moving both our Garden Market and annual seedling sale online. (We hope to open the market to the public the first weekend in June.)
Ordering will open on Fridays at 4 pm, starting on 5/8, and close on Mondays at 4 pm for the following Friday pick-up. Curbside pick-up will take place at Elawa the following Friday between 8 am – 1 pm.
THE GARDEN MARKET
The Garden Market runs mid-May and through October, featuring produce, herbs and flowers harvested directly from the Elawa Garden and from selected local visiting vendors. Our small-scale Market Garden provides a remarkable array of heirloom tomatoes, greens, carrots, beets, squash, herbs, honey, flower bouquets and more.
In addition we offer seasonal homemade items from our own Elawa Kitchen as well as local artisan items for your garden and home.
Note: Any surplus of produce and food items in our seasonal Garden Market are donated weekly to a local food pantry.
