The Kitchen at Elawa is a lively center of activity, delicious foods & cooking classes.
In the kitchen, we cook with the seasons. We use produce from our garden as well as other local farms as much as possible. Come to the Garden Market on a Friday or Saturday (May-October) to delight in a fresh baked scone, tasty soups, Elawa's signature dips & dressings, homemade pies & more.
Our Take & Bake program (January - April) is a weekly offering of thoughtful, creative meals and baked goods crafted from fresh ingredients in our Learning Kitchen. We will continue with our commitment to locally sourced and seasonally driven menus while, whenever possible, incorporating items that we have preserved at peak harvest in the meals.
Please note: Take & Bake ordering has closed for the season, but we will continue pre-ordering of baked goods and prepared meals for pick-up at our Garden Market. A special thank you to all who supported our kitchen program and good food this year!
