The Kitchen at Elawa is a lively center of activity, delicious foods & cooking classes.
In the kitchen, we cook with the seasons. We use produce from our garden as well as other local farms as much as possible. Come to the Garden Market on a Friday or Saturday (May-October) to delight in a fresh baked scone, tasty soups, Elawa's signature dips & dressings, homemade pies & more.
Our Take & Bake program is a weekly offering of thoughtful, creative meals and baked goods crafted from fresh ingredients in our Learning Kitchen. We will continue with our commitment to locally sourced and seasonally driven menus while, whenever possible, incorporating items that we have preserved at peak harvest in the meals.
New menu is posted every Friday morning at 9:00 AM. Pick-up take place in the corridor outside our Learning Kitchen the following Friday between 9:00 AM - 3:00 P.M.
We are offering a special Easter Menu for Take & Bake on Friday, April 7! Bring Elawa Farm to your Easter event with a variety of rustic and family-friendly menu items, including certified organic, pasture-raised ham from Alden Hills Organic Farms, au gratin potatoes, baked mac & cheese, spring butter cake, easter egg cookies, and more!

The Learning Kitchen runs mid-January and through October, featuring ingredients harvested directly from the fields and from selected local farmers. Note: Any surplus of produce and food items in our seasonal Garden Market are donated weekly to a local food pantry.
