Experience an abundance of spring flavors at our Spring Farm Dinner on Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18 from 6 - 9pm. Join us for an evening of farm-to-table dining, featuring fresh ingredients from our fields and local producers. Dinner will begin with a welcome cocktail and passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a family-style dinner prepared by Chef Lee Kuebler and team.

Miso Glazed Wild Alaskan Salmon, Mick Klug Purple Asparagus, Black Garlic Aioli
3rd Course:
Wanda Farm Poached Chicken, Cahokia Rice, Ginger-Scallion Sauce, Chili Crisp, Herb Salad

Strawberry Ruhbarb Angelfood Cake

Cancellation Policy:
We do not allow cancellations for our Farm Dinner program. Tickets may be transferred to a third party with adequate notice. If Elawa Farm must cancel an event for any reasons, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
