Meat Share
We are partnering with Living Light Farms in Central Illinois to provide you with locally sourced, pastured-raised beef, pork, and chicken! This season, our local meat share will run monthly for six months and include 15 pounds of a pre-selected variety of frozen and packaged meat cuts, including beef, pork, and chicken.

Subscribe to our 2025 Meat CSA
A monthly share of 15 pounds of a pre-selected variety of frozen and packaged meat cuts, including beef, pork, and chicken. Valued at $175/month.
Pick up information: Meat Share pickup will be available at Elawa Farm on Fridays and Saturdays from 9am-2pm on the third week of every month
Cancellation Policy: Due to nature of this program and limited quantities, we have a no cancellation policy. We can offer to redesignate payment from a fee to a donation as appropriate and issue a tax receipt. If you have further questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
About Our Source
Living Light Farms
In addition to being our egg supplier for our full-diet CSA share, we're partnering with Tim and Sarah Roth from Living Light Farms on this meat share program.
Tim and Sarah have been cultivating their land for three generations. Their children make a fourth. They're personally invested in the well-being of the animals that live on farm and in the fertility of the soil. They seek to mimic nature, to embrace its natural rhythms, and to respect the innate cycles found therein.
They have learned over the years about alternative, humane ways to raise livestock without the use of hormones and antibiotics. What resulted is what you see here: pigs that root in the grass, eat grubs, and warm themselves in the sun; chickens that live in fresh air, catch bugs, and scratch and peck to their hearts’ content.
