Learn tips on how to grow, harvest, and store summer crops, including tomatoes, summer squash, and peppers as well as ideas on how to prepare, cook, and preserve the bounty of your garden. In the kitchen, you’ll learn how to preserve tomatoes by making sauce, roasting and preserving tomatoes in oil, and making tomato relish and ratatouille. You’ll go home with your own jar of Elawa Farm tomato sauce. This class is taught by our Farm Manager, Elaine Madansky, and Chef Lee Kuebler.
